The hotel is conveniently situated close to various restaurants and shops, making it a great base for exploring the area on foot, with eateries like Wendy's and Panda Express just a few steps away and the beach only a short stroll down the road; plus, the spacious room equipped with a microwave and fridge was perfect for my needs. However, the hotel could benefit from some additional attention to cleanliness in the rooms.

Concerning experience. The location is convenient for local venues. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower pressure excellent. The night reception staff were attentive. the daylight staff lacked warmth. Upon entering the elevator, I noticed unvacuumed rugs and unclean surfaces. My bathroom had stains, and a shower railing was missing. The pool hours were miscommunicated, which disappointed my children. The breakfast staff openly criticized guests, creating a tense atmosphere. a staff member entered my room unannounced, compromising my privacy. The hotel needs serious maintenance and hygiene improvements. At over £100 per day, this experience was far from satisfactory. Disappointed.

The bed was the only reliable feature, providing a decent place to sleep. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room comfortable. noise was a significant issue; sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms were disruptive. The bathroom showed signs of neglect with brown stains in the shower. Surprisingly, I found no telephone in my room, which was inconvenient. Despite some aspects of the room being decent, like the bedding, the overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The ambiance felt outdated and uninviting, affecting the comfort of the stay.

The outdoor swimming pool is an absolute dream! I loved lounging on the sun beds and soaking up the sun. The breakfast spread was delightful and kept my energy up for all the fun activities!

During my Xmas stay, the room had all necessary amenities, such as a fridge and a microwave. The location was convenient with several restaurants nearby, perfect for grabbing a meal. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected during my trip.

As a guest at La Quinta, I found the ironing facilities in the room to be quite handy, especially when needing to touch up my clothes for a business meeting. I did notice that the heating and air conditioning system was a bit inconsistent, making the room either too hot or too cold at times. the room did come with tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch for starting the day. The sitting area was comfortable, but I wish there had been some garden furniture outside to enjoy the fresh air. The free toiletries provided were basic but sufficient, and I appreciated the presence of an AM/FM alarm clock to help wake me up in the mornings. The flat, screen TV was a good addition for entertainment, although I did notice that the carpeted floor could use a thorough cleaning. In terms of housekeeping, I found that the room was generally clean, but there were some areas, like the corners, that seemed to have been missed during cleaning. the parquet floor in the common areas could use some maintenance to restore its appearance. While the hotel offered laundry services, I didn't utilize them, but it's a convenient option who need it. I also noticed a small shop on, site for any last, minute essentials, which was a nice convenience.

the hotel was clean and close to the metro - so we could easily get around dc. also, the breakfast area lady was top-notch and made sure everyone was happy. plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Our stay at this hotel was unexpectedly amazing! We've stayed in expensive hotels all over the world, but this budget-friendly gem surpassed our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. We couldn't have asked for more! Plus, the location was perfect for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the lack of a security deposit was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be returning as loyal Wyndham customers.
Breakfast services could have been better, as they ran out of coffee, cream cheese, butter, spoons, and orange juice during our stay. It took a while for them to refill these items.

Had a great time during my city break as the location was superb, with easy access to the metro station for downtown visits. Enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms with daily cleaning service and friendly staff willing to assist. The mini gym on-site was a nice touch for a quick workout.
Breakfast options were limited and tended to run out of food if you arrived later. Some maintenance issues were present such as broken lights in the rooms and a long wait for the only functioning lift.

We had a great experience at La Quinta. the location and shuttle service were fantastic. the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast area was spotless with a good selection of food and beverages. the bed was extremely comfortable, and the no party policy made for a peaceful stay. We appreciate the efforts of the management to improve the place little by little.
